As a business improvement coach, trainer and consultant he has worked with industry experts to adapt common coaching practice to the specific needs of fast moving manufacturing industries. Most notably, Stephen has developed the ProPeC® approach which acknowledges the fact that sustainable improvement only happens through better processes, people who are equipped with the knowledge and skills to adopt the processes and a cultural environment that supports doing the right things.
Stephen is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and is is a qualified coach through the University of the West of England and is a CIPD qualified Learning and Development Professional. He has led business improvement and training projects for a range of businesses including Del Monte, Coveris, Bakkavor, Doncaster Trucast, North Kesteven District Council, PMP Recruitment, Pike Textile Display, Winterbotham Darby and the University of Lincoln National Centre for Food Manufacturing.
With over 25 years experience within manufacturing in senior management roles and operational excellence projects, Martin has a significant record delivering people development, efficiency and quality improvements. He has worked at Tulip, Bakkavor, Bernard Matthews, Butters and Greencore and has successfully delivered projects such as reducing direct labour costs, new product launches, reduction of giveaway, KPI system implementation and coaching CI teams to deliver direct labour savings. Martin holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering through Birmingham University as well as IOSH and HACCP qualifications.
Rob has a strong people agenda with a track record of engaging and developing teams and individuals. He has experience of delivering organisational wide change and embedding continuous improvement cultures supported by substantial bottom line achievements. With an MSC in Manufacturing Management and Technology, a Diploma in Management Studies and a Post Graduate Certificate in Partnership and Change Rob merges his strong academic background with practical know-how and experience through his work with companies such as Whitworths, Twinings, Diagio and Bakkavor to name just a few.
Karen is a chartered HR professional with over 14 years extensive experience across sectors such as food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, housing, travel, packaging and engineering. She has experience dealing with a wide range of people related business needs including change management, performance management and employee relations.
Projects Karen has worked on include culture change, structure and shift change, team engagement and leadership and management programmes. Karen holds an MCIPD from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is trained in CIPD Law at Work — Advanced Law Practitioner as well as being a registered practitioner of Motivational Maps.
An Oxford University engineering and economics graduate, Alex has the skills and track record to lead and deliver dramatic and sustainable improvements in operational business performance. Alex is trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and is PRINCE2 qualified.
With experience in a wide range of industries including food manufacturing, automotive, telecommunications and transport, some of the businesses Alex has worked in include Greencore, Moy Park, Bakkavor and Michelin. He has delivered projects including operational performance improvements in a Waitrose leaf and salads factory, a Tesco prepared salads and wraps factory and a recipe dish plant. Other projects include a turnaround at a plant for a compressor manufacturer; strategy development and implementation for a global distribution transformers business; improvement for the control of business performance and labour materials for a caravan manufacturer; and working capital reduction through improved planning, Kanbans, demand profiling and raw material re-ordering systems for an electric motor producer.
A fully Chartered Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years experience in the corporate business environment Antony has worked in oil and gas, food manufacturing, construction, financial and pharmaceutical sectors. His specialities include leadership development, culture and organisational change and support and mentoring for coaches. He has worked on projects on and off shore as part of strategic culture change operating as a coach, consultant and trainer. Antony holds a B.A. Honours Psychology from Strathclyde University and an Msc (commendation) Occupational Psychology from Hertfordshire University.
